    We technically start your project before the start date. In order to build a strategy and prototype in a timely manner, we have to organize your asset library and get access to all necessary accounts.

  • Align on strategy + actionable goals

    We’re locking in the success metrics and scope for our project. This call ensures you’re not left in the dark and we discuss the best feedback + communication method for you or your team.

  • Execute Vision

    Now that we’ve secured the foundations for a smooth collaboration, we can easily flow from design to development.

FAQs

  • Any person would benefit from having a website for their work. However, legal policies, website requirements, and cultural norms vary.

    For example, the EU and UK’s GDPR policies are a lot stricter than in the US, which means that I’d need to operate with a different approach to data-informed design and creative code practices. By collaborating with local designers and marketers, I’m able to confidently develop websites that meet localized legal and cultural standards.

    Additional considerations that would affect our work relationship:

    • Some platform features may not be available globally

    • I can’t easily judge the moral compass or impact vs intentions of the project

    • It may feel more difficult to connect with your brand/website since it’s built by someone who doesn’t understand the nuances of your environment

  • That’s totally ok! You’re looking for support because you don’t have all the answers.

  • Yes I do! Normally, projects require a 50% deposit in order to book. The remaining cost is due within 15 days of the project completion.

    However, projects more than $3,700 in value require a 25% nonrefundable* deposit with 2 installments. The second payment is due before development or marketing execution. The final payment is due within 15 days after the handover is sent to you.

  • Nope, I stick to Squarespace and Shopify. I can migrate content from one platform to another but some designs and tools may not be transferrable.
